I have had quiet a productive day today , i have hit the gym hard and swam a mile this weather isn't going to keep this girl down ! Its all part of my life overhaul healthy eating and exercise is all in at the moment. I will be compiling some health and fitness posts in the next few weeks so look out for them .
Only a short post today , its my daughters 9th birthday tomorrow so i have pressie wrapping and party planning to do
